Comidas congeladas, é caro, para isso esperamos peixes fresco. O bolinho de cupim, parece um tolete com pirão de cupim dentro, hamburgueresturricado, lasca de bacon imensa, um dedo a largura da fatia do bacon, não dá nem pra comer, canja do frango seco, sem gosto; Precisam fazer manutenção nos chuveiros, não tem água direito para tomar banho, limpar os furos dos chuveiros.

Ficar no Zorah é sempre uma excelente experiência. Todos os anos vamos pelo menos uma vez por ano e sempre somos surpreendidos positivamente. Toda a equipe principalmente do restaurante muito receptiva e atenciosa. Todas as refeições desde do cafe da manhã (delicioso e diverso com variedade incrivelmente deliciosa) até o jantar seja qual opção são incríveis. Unico ponto negativo dessa vez que não é culpa do hotel mas que precisa ser avaliado é sobre o barulho. Ao lado a um condomínio e em dois dias seguidos houve festa (com banda e som alto) alem de barulho até altas da noite dificultando o sono e atrapalhando a tranquilidade habitual.

A hospedagem no geral ficou muito aquém da expectativa, a equipe demonstrou falhas, morosidade. A caminho do hotel solicitamos almoço no restaurante com 2 casais que saíram de Fortaleza, mais de 2 hs de viagem- e nos acompanharam, negaram, e o restaurante estava completamente vazio ao chegarmos, nos causou grande constrangimento com nossos amigos. Quarto com vários sinais de falta de manutenção e cuidados básicos, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, cortinas black out com furos e em tamanho inadequado, não veda claridade, colchão, travesseiros extremamente desconfortáveis, formigas. Restaurante com prato kids em porção ínfima e alto custo, impossível comer o feijão, os pratos em geral ok, mas com falta de tempero. Drinks ruins, desbalanceados. Destaque positivo apenas para o café da manhã. A praia tem mar agitado, muito vento e o ponto extremo de negatividade: alto tráfego de carros, buggy, quads, motos, todos em alta velocidade o que impediu que meu filho e nós pudéssemos usufrui e brincar na praia. Infelizmente não tivemos boa experiência.

O café da manhã é bom, o quarto bastante confortável, a única coisa que deixa a desejar é o chuveiro, sem pressão nenhuma. E o que se destaca é todo o staff, sem excessão nenhuma, todos muito educados, atenciosos e sempre com sorriso nos lábios, e isso sem dúvida faz a diferença. Foi td maravilhoso!

O hotel Zorah Beach é incrível. Equipe altamente treinada para atender bem o cliente, muito gentis e educados. A decoração do hotel é linda!
