“Check in was a mess. But all worked out”

“First off let me say, I don’t like leaving reviews that are less than favorable however, we had a very frightening experience and I was told a manager would call me. We 3 ladies shared a single room. The beds were good but the blinds in the room were dirty. No coffee maker. We overlooked that because the beds felt nice. We were awakened at 8:05am by a single knock and a man opened our room door from the outside scaring us to death. He asked if we were still there ? We think he was an……
