Great house

We spent four weeks at the property. There were four adults and a dog. The house is well equipped and comfortable with everything needed. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. We all enjoyed our stay.

Bon séjour

Belle maison avec le confort comme chez soi pour y passer un bon séjour.Concernant le jardin, il est vrai que sur le devant la clôture mériterait un petit brise vue pour avoir d’intimité, la rue étant assez passante mais c’est anecdotique et cela n’empêche pas de profiter du jardin, avec transats, mobilier jardin.Une belle région pour faire de belles randonnées et belles plages pour profiter.

Großzügige Unterkunft im Herzen von Trébeuden

Wir haben einen schönen Familienurlaub in diesem großzügigen Haus hinter uns. Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße, die durchaus einiges an Verkehr aufweist, da hier ein beliebter Bäcker liegt und sie direkt den Marktplatz (Markt ist am Mittwoch) grenzt. Nur eben über die Straße zu diesem Biobäcker zu gehen, ist großartig! Zum Haus: Positiv Ein sehr schönes Haus und insbesondere das Erdgeschoss mit seiner großzügigen Aufteilung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zudem haben wir uns sehr über das Spielgerät für den Strand und im Haus gefreut. Die Badewanne im Obergeschoss war ein großartiges plus. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, insbesondere, dass es viel Geschirr gibt, fanden wir als Familie sehr angenehm. Verbesserungspotential: Der Backofen war sehr schmutzig! Es entsteht starker Rauch bei der Benutzung, die Bleche sind sehr fettig und dreckig. Bei Regen konnte ich in der Nacht hören, wie es vermutlich auf den Dachboden tropft. Diese Baustelle ist nach einem Sturm im letzten Jahr offenbar bekannt und sollte behoben werden. Die Fensterläden lassen sich zum Teil nicht schließen, weitere (Haustür und Erdgeschoss rechts) lösen sich zudem bei stärkerem Wind selbstständig von der Wand und klappern dann. Das ist in der Nacht störend. Der Grill sollte erneuert werden da eine Möglichkeit fehlt, die Hitze zu regulieren. Das zugehörige Teil ist offenbar dem Rost zum Opfer gefallen.

La maison de Gaetan est très bien, adaptée pour une famille. L accueil était parfait. La proximité de la boulangerie, du marché et les plages sont un point très positif. Nous avons passe d excellentes vacances.

Séjour apprécié de tous

Vacances de la Toussaint avec petits enfants de 6, 10 et 14 ans. Location très bien située (courses, parc de jeux et plages à pied, grand espace d'accrobranches pour tous les âges et activités variées proposées aux alentours). La location est très conviviale, avec son grand espace de vie et très bien équipée. On se sent comme à la maison. Merci aux propriétaires. A retenir.

Herrlicher Urlaub an der Côte Granit Rose

Zu zweit mit Hund haben wir 12 Nächte in „Stereden vor“ verbracht und unseren diesjährigen Bretagne Urlaub (2023) in Trébeurden sehr genossen. Das alte Fischerhaus wurde 2013 sehr charmant modernisiert. Geschmackvoll und kommunikativ besonders der schöne offene Wohn-/Ess- und Küchenbereich im EG. Dem an sich modernen Duschbad würde inzwischen eine kleine Auffrischung gut tun. Im OG 3 weitere Schlafzimmer für bis zu 6 Personen plus Baby/Kleinkind im nostalgischen Kinderbett. Die Besitzer sind sehr großzügig, wir durften alles nutzen (Wäsche, Vorräte etc). Kleiner Garten, eingezäunt, mit 1 Parkplatz (weitere Parkplätze um die Ecke). Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in dem kleinen Badeort, die Bio Boulangerie schräg gegenüber und der Wochenmarkt gleich dahinter … himmlische Croissants, Baguettes und Tartes (unbedingt die Tartelette aux Abricots probieren!). In fünf Minuten ist man am Hafen bei diversen Restaurants. Besonders gut haben wir bei La Tourelle gegessen (unbedingt reservieren) und sind in den Genuss eines spektakulären Sonnenuntergangs über dem Sportboothafen gekommen. Hier auch ein schöner kleiner Strand, nur wenig weiter ein großzügiger langer Strand mit Promenade. Leider sind an beiden Stränden Hunde nicht erlaubt und es gibt auch keinen Strand für „mit Hund“, der ohne langen Fußmarsch erreichbar ist (aber per Auto in 3 Minuten). Für uns war Trébeurden trotzdem die perfekte Basis für Ausflüge zur Côte Granit Rose, nach Roscoff und mehr. Danke an Ghislaine und Gaëtan :))

Très belle maison

Très bel intérieur, très propre et agréable. Spacieuse pièce à vivre, grandes chambres. Par contre, décue des extérieurs : vis-à-vis important sur la rue dès le séjour, très peu d intimité dans le jardin, dommage.

Maison très confortable, en très bon état, impeccable avec toutes commodités. Elle est à quelques mètres de commerces et à 10 minutes à pied d'une petite plage et du port. Environnement très reposant. Nous y venons régulièrement et reviendrons!

Sehr schönes Haus in herrlicher Umgebung.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig.es fehlt nicht es. Nach der freundlichen Begrüssung kann der Urlaub sofort beginnen. Die Bäckerei mit frischen Baguettes und Croissants ist schräg gegenüber, das Meer bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

La maison idéale pour des vacances en famille

Un séjour très agréable dans une maison en parfaite adéquation avec la description de la plateforme. Intégralement rénovée, cette maison offre tout le charme d'une maison bretonne avec toutes les fonctionnalités pour passer un séjour agréable en famille. Rien ne manque (linge de maison, équipement de cuisine et de jardin). Idéalement située, la maison est à proximité de la place du marché et des commerces de proximité. L'accès à la plage est à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. Nous recommandons ! C'est vraiment une super adresse pour un séjour en famille !

Lovely property in a great location

We were a party of 4 adults and our dog Ronnie, so there was a lot of space for us. It is a lovely light and comfortable house in a quiet village location, within walking distance from 2 lovely beaches. The village has a lovely quiet feel, with all the basic shops including a large supermarket, a few restaurants and a weekly market. We were fortunate to have some hot and sunny weather and had a wonderful holiday. The house is well equipped and our dog loved the small sunny garden. We loved the area which is stunningly beautiful so thank you for a relaxing break.

Maison très agréable!

Séjour très agréable dans une maison confortable, bien tenue et idéalement située à Trébeurden. Les deux salles de bain sont un plus pour séjourner en famille, le jardin et ses camélias très agréable sous le soleil, la cheminée et le coin salon parfaits pour les journées fraîches. La buanderie est bien pratique aussi. Une maison parfaite pour un séjour dans la région!

Très bien pour 8 adultes ( lit pour bébé).

Correspond au descriptif. A proximité de la mer, dans une rue de traverse peu fréquentée par les voitures. Maison bien agencée et décoration intérieure moderne. Escalier, pour accéder au premier étage, un peu raide. Au moins jusqu'à Perros- Guirec ( où a partir) sentiers douaniers aisés et rochers de granit rose ( rose, si soleil) à profusion.
