On the floor:
- 1 double bedroom for 2 people with duvet overlooking a terrace of 10m2 with small sea view -
1 bathroom with shower and sink -

On the 2nd floor:
1 room with 2 beds of 1 person with duvets -
Front yard (no separation from the neighboring garden), terrace on the 1st floor with terrace furniture. Possibility to park a vehicle in front of the house.
Electric heating. Washing machine. Average condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).

Location idéalement située

Plages à proximité parfait pour les amateurs de baignade. Propre et bien équipée. Parfait pour 2 personnes. Chambre enfant au 2ème étage bruyante en raison de la ventilation.
