With a capacity for 8 people (up to 6 adults for optimal comfort), you will appreciate the terrace, perfect for sharing a drink, enjoying meals, or simply relaxing. The living/dining room, enhanced by a decorative fireplace, is ideal for cozy, convivial moments.
Modern Amenities The house is equipped with bathrooms/shower rooms with toilets on each level, a washing machine, a dryer, a fully equipped independent kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster), as well as an iron, a hairdryer, and a child's bed. You will also benefit from Internet access, Wi-Fi 6, and a TV package. You will have dedicated parking spaces on the property.
Personalized Services To make your stay unforgettable, our concierge hostess will be available to meet all your needs. We offer you the option of benefiting from our professional linen and laundry service. For optimal comfort, you can book this service via our “Guest Guide”: starting at €20 per person for sheets and towels, and €10 for beds made before your arrival (to be paid before the stay on our concierge website). You will also find a link for bike rental, and a tourist guide with the calendar of local events! Cleaning fees participation: €150. Heating costs: €12 per day, applicable from early October to the end of March.
Explore the Surroundings Stroll through the Concarneau market halls for fresh produce and indulge in the famous crêperies or the kouign-amann bakery in the "ville close" (walled city) for a gourmet break. The Trégunc market, held every Wednesday and Sunday during the season, is also a must-see.
Easy Access This holiday retreat is easily accessible, just over two hours from Nantes or Rennes, and 20 minutes from the Rosporden TGV station via the Coralie bus lines 2 and 4 from the Concarneau urban area.
