「The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. 「The staff (Chef Tony, Sandra, John’s, and Tifari) were great, they took such good care of us. My only constructive comment is that the lounge chairs by the pool all need to be replaced, as many of them are broken, also the kayak and paddle board should be replaced as they’ve seen better days.」
