Finished to the highest standards and furnished with exceptional attention to detail, the two apartments welcome guests into elegant, bright and fully automated interiors, where every element has been thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and well-being.

Both residences open onto a private garden, complete with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, offering direct access to the complex’s beautiful swimming pool through a private entrance.

Further enhancing the experience, guests can enjoy a private gym shared exclusively between the two apartments and equipped with Technogym machines. Each residence also benefits from a spacious private garage fitted with an electric vehicle charging point.

Located just a 15-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from the ferry terminal, MC Como and MC Lago provide the perfect base from which to explore Lake Como’s most iconic destinations, before returning each evening to an oasis of complete tranquillity and elegance.

THINGS TO KNOW

MC Como accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom.

MC Lago accommodates up to 4 guests and features 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds.

The swimming pool is shared, is not heated and is available from 15 April to 30 September (these dates may be subject to change, please contact us to confirm its availability).

The property can be accessed through two separate entrances: the private garage entrance requires climbing 21 steps, while the pedestrian entrance has approximately 40 more gently inclined steps.

To ensure a peaceful environment, the property welcomes guests aged 12 and above only.

A fee of €30 per day applies for the use of the electric vehicle charging station.

For payments exceeding €1,500, bank transfer will be required and will be the only accepted payment method.
