Clean and spacious room right at water's edge, dining table overlooking the water and the town across the Canal. Check in was fast and easy, there's plenty of guest parking. The room even has wine glasses, snacks, and bottled water. Overall a great place to stay. I will visit again.

I just loved our room. Right on the waterfront, clean and decorated very pretty. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge with freezer, small table by the window, and full stocked bath and kitchen. I loved the water and cookies. And nice to have real wine glasses. Thank you! Staff was friendly as well.

Comfortable stay.

Stayed for one night. Was a very comfortable stay. Great location, right on the river. Town is walkable. Little bit of road noise at night, but not too bad at all. Room could use a bit of updating, but otherwise a fantastic stay. Would return.

Nice (shared) riverside deck. Close to restaurants and shops. The town seems popular with noisy motorcyclists. The air con unit was exceptionally noisy. Had to turn it off. Thankfully the weather cooperated. No exhaust fan for the bathroom

A Great Stay

- Reception on arrival was friendly and well informed / aware of my visit. Arrival administration and processing was quick. - Owner escorted us to the room to ensure all was well. Room was clean, well-equipped with a king-sized bed, large screen TV, fridge, microwave,keurig coffee machine, bottled water & Dad’s cookies. - Room was within 10’ of Trent-Severn Waterway, with a great view and less than 5 min drive to commercial / retail sector of Campbellford. - Checkout was speedy & efficient. - A great experience & looking forward to next visit. Highly recommended.
