“We came into town to participate in a reunion concert at Miami and this was the perfect place! It was far enough away from campus not to hear any partying students, yet close enough to park uptown in 5 minutes. It was exactly as advertised - fully furnished, clean, and even has a hot tub, although we didn't use it. The hosts were available and responsive. No complaints! We will definitely be back for the next time we will be in town.”

“We loved staying at this house! Everything is well thought out, from having the needed cooking utensils for cooking for the family to hooks by the hot tub. The property is beautiful and we wish we had more time to just enjoy the place.”

“Let me just say this rental was way more than we could have expected. There were 9 in our party and we had plenty of room. The kids and young adults loved the downstairs and spent most of their time there. The two bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels and toiletries for us. The host reached out several times during our short two-day stay to make sure we had settled in and to make sure we didn't need anything!! The location was perfect not too far from anything. Quiet neighborhood!!!”

“We were visiting my college daughter at Miami, and it's impossible to find a hotel in Oxford. This was barely 20 minutes away and was SO much better! We had my parents (in their 70s) with us, so we each had our own room. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils looked practically new, the house was spotless, living room couch extremely comfortable ...and memory foam mattresses! Responses/communication were super fast! What a great find for the price! Would definitely use this again!”

“This property is lovely. We were in Cincinnati for my daughter's graduation from UC and had a great time. Marcy was great and the house was spotless. Game room was fun. Only recommendation I might add is to add a grill for cooking out.”

“We had a group of 9 high school girlfriends stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We spent most of our time either in the pool or next to it. There was only 1 hiccup with the refrigerator but the homeowners were on top of it and had a new refrigerator installed the next day. They brought us coolers to keep food cold while we waited. This is a great place to stay!”

“This was such a great find for our trip to Oxford for a soccer tournament. My younger children had the best time seeing the goats and the bunnies. We were very comfortable and it felt like a little vacation.”

“The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there.”

“The property was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay while visiting family. We especially enjoyed its proximity to a historic park. It was a great place for walks!”

“Staff were very nice. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was good. Wish we had more towels in our room it was only stocked for two. But getting more wasn't an issue. We did have a minor issue with the shower curtain it was almost to short to properly close, but that is nitpicking. Hh”

“6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。”
