Our 2,500 m2 property has been classified as 3-star tourist accommodation since July 2018, 3 ears of corn at Gîtes de France and it is open all year round!
"The beach lighthouse" is oriented towards the beach and the view is very beautiful. The large terrace is an additional space and vacationers take full advantage from the first ray of sunshine. We are also next to the GR34, for hikers, it's perfect. September, October, it's a great late season and the sun is still there to hike, swim, ride a bike. Every day, there are people in the water to workout in the "long rib" water!
The accommodation offers impeccable comfort, an essential asset for a good holiday. The accommodation is bright thanks to its large windows. Very nice views from the living room, with large windows, sea view from the bedroom, from the terrace on the magnificent Trestel beach which is 100 m away!

The bed linen kit is included in your stay. Beds are made upon arrival. quilt with its protective cover, a flat sheet and a pillowcase). The towel kit is included in your stay from 4 nights.
You can request the optional towel kit for € 4 per person (a bath towel, a small towel per person) a bath mat, to be paid at the entrance to the premises. Otherwise, you can bring your towels.

Located in Brittany, in Côtes d'Armor, near the pink granite coast, 8 km from Perros-Guirec. There is also the Port Le Goff beach 200m from the house. Many other beaches to discover along our coast. You have quick access to the GR34 for hikers. You can enjoy the beach and its water sports, surf-hire paddle school, coastline, gym class next to the house (300 m) and the sailing school 3 km by car. The beach is not dangerous for children and everyone finds happiness (sandcastles, swimming, fishing on foot ...) You can go on beautiful hikes and bike rides. An equestrian center is located about 3 km from our home, but there is even the possibility of horse riding on Trestel beach. You can taste local products, pancakes and pancakes at will, good seafood. There are many activities throughout the year (concerts, local and craft markets, parties around the sea, festivals ...). Our house is located in a calm and relaxing environment, is very accessible, well placed to also visit around. The travelers who came to our house have highlighted this asset.
