“The area was nice! I didn’t know this was not a hotel but a bed and breakfast and it didn’t have a receptionist. But I contacted the number provided and Aldo email me all the directions to get the keys and get in. Once in the floor was very nice and rooms were huge! Audrey was excellent and made us cafe lattes during breakfast. Shower pipes made noise, room facing major street was loud. Also the lift was very little for big luggage and held one person. I climbed the steps for floors. So……

Getting in and out was a little tricky, with multiple doors to unlock and an elevator that sometimes wasn't available because previous occupants hadn't closed the door properly, but in some ways those added to our experience of what it's like to live in Rome. “Very good 1) excellent staff, always smiles, helpful, make u feel special , service straight from the heart. 2) less than 5 mins walk to metro. 3) small elevator available . 4) room is clean. 5) strong water pressure for showers, water hot enough . 6) can arrange private car from airport to hotel €55 net ( no luggage surcharge) 7) free continental breakfast, nice & good variety 8) breakfast room is nice 9) no reception after 6pm, but is ok 10)room is quiet (wall thick enough) 11)……

“Die Lage ist sehr gut, Supermarkt, div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Wenn man sich am Gehen nicht stört sind fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, das ist definitiv ein großer Vorteil. Sehr netter Gastgeber.”

“Very close to everything, no need to get a taxi or to drive for sight seeing. We could walk or catch the train easily. The apartment was clean and modern, and our host was excellent! The only slight drawback was that there wasn’t really any common area where we could sit and have a drink which was hard since we were traveling with another couple and would have liked to do so especially in the morning. That being said, we would stay there again, happily.”

“Excellent hotel in a fantastic area. This hotel is located in a more quiet residential style neighbourhood rather than the busy city but is well within walking distance to the city centre and Vatican. Also close to major bus and metro routes making travel quick and easy across the city or further away. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The room size was great and it was peaceful. This is a very personal hotel and the staff make every effort……
