For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. “The check-in was complex for the end of a Camino walk day. There was no stamp for the Credential which is important for a pilgrim. The room and house was clean and comfortable. ”

“The thermostat was not responsive. At first we wanted it warmer then it took 24 hours to become warmer and then it was too hot and took over 12 hours to become cooler again. There was a smell of sewage when we first got there. The bedroom with the door to the back yard had bugs on the ceiling and floors. They were spiders, ants, and small fruit flies. They only gave one bottle of water for our whole trip. We would have loved a lot more water. Their communication is very poor, it took over 12……
