“It was clean, and the amenities were extra: dishes, two burner cooktop, cutlery, a kettle, toaster, you could easily fend for yourself for meals here if you wanted - and there is a grocery store just two blocks away. Also, it is on a rare quiet street and yet so close to a lot. The windows open to let in the Parisian air. The Eiffel tower really is so close, and you get the views walking along the street like a real Parisian before landing in the midst of all the tourist crowds. The bathroom……

“La habitación estaba limpia y en buen estado, exactamente a lado de la plaza del artista, lo cual nos fascinó. Muchísimas tiendas, bares, restaurantes y lugares de interés alrededor. No interactúas con nadie del personal y el conserje tarda un poco de tiempo en contestar. Aunque fueron muy claros desde el principio al decir que no se trataba de un hotel. Fue confuso al principio encontrar los departamentos, una vez encontrados todo fue perfecto. ”

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“1）訂的與住宿的房型不同. 2）沖涼水力嚴重不足. 水溫是夠熱、 但出水很小. 當時天氣只有幾度、 沖涼變成受罪 3）拉開梳化床床尾沒夠承托. 必須更換新梳化. 4）廚房水龍頭是沒有水出的. 只能說地理位置很方便、房間佈置精美. 但是硬件必須維修保養. ”

“all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.”

“Its location is so friendly to reach metro and railway station. Quiet spot. So many food choice around. Affordable room rate. Clean and comfy. Even though it doesn’t have a bar and a restaurant on site, there are two nice cafe next door. Will love to come bake to here in my next trip to Paris.”
