"My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). "Beautiful area and private access to lovely secluded beaches, as described. No hand towels provided in bathroom, just two large bath towels. May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. "Beautiful location with view of Pornic and it’s harbor and castle. Great walks and jogging paths start in front of the house. Upstairs bedrooms with queen size beds in each. "We were welcomed by a friendly member of staff who went through everything about the hotel. He spoke very good English, which we appreciated. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, lots of space, comfy and clean. The pool was an added bonus to cool off in during the recent heatwave. We will happily stay at this hotel again when we return to France."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice while we were there, plenty of options available. The restaurant and bar were unfotunately closed so we had to drive if we didnt want to cook, as the hotel is a little tucked away. The room itself was very nice and the kitchenette was well equiped. The only downside was there wasn't anywhere to sit and eat,the balcony chairs had seen better days and only had a small drinks table and inside was a a sofa with a glass coffee table so you would need a tray to eat on your lap. There was a writing desk with a tv, but only one chair. The bed was very comfotable and the bathroom was a good size. Overall a nice stay."

The hotel was clean and the facilities were good, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and to local hospitality spots. We would definitely visit again and would recommend to others!"
