「House was clean and well furnished for a month long stay. Owner was reliable and friendly. I would stay there again.」

「Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...

「Nice location. Pretty quiet. Far enough off the main drag to be away from the noise. No shampoo but a quick door dash run rectified that. I wish it would have been noted, I took it out of my suitcase at the last minute. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well even with the very loud air-conditioning. All in all very happy. Thank you. 」

「While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!」

「I made the booking with expedia.com. And then VRBO is in there as well through an app. I expected the communication to come through the app. I get lots of spam in my email so when the property owner wrote me from his personal account… I never saw it. There was a very helpful neighbor that squared us away and then I did find the email later, so he did reach out to me… I just never saw it. Other than that, the property was wonderful and I have no complaints.」

「No one in lobby to check you in. Lobby was uninviting to say the least. No running water in Lobby bathroom. Did not feel safe here!」
