「This cottage had a lot of character. It is a salt box house that the owner is updating. It looks onto the ocean, a starkly beautiful corner of Newfoundland.
The steps inside present barriers for individuals with accessibility issues. There is a high stair leading from the kitchen to the bathroom and living room level. The largest bed is on the second floor up a set of narrow stairs and with a low railing. If you get up during the night to use the washroom, the stairs would be tricky...
