“Wir konnten bereits um 11 Uhr nach persönlicher Rücksprache mit Alessio, dem Vermieter, unser Gepäck abstellen und bekamen gleich die Schlüssel und konnten somit sofort mit unserer Tour durch Rom starten. Er hat Tipps zum Essen gegeben und angeboten, dass wir uns jederzeit melden könnten bei Fragen. Super nett. Dass eine Baustelle in der Etage über uns war, und man um 7:30 Uhr mit Höllenlärm geweckt wurde, dafür konnte der Vermieter ja nichts. Das war das einzig unangenehme an unserem……

“We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!”

“I'm very happy we choosed this hotel. This is an ideal place to stay in Rome. Very close to Vatican. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. But still very quiet and safe. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed here for 3 days and they cleaned the room every day. The air condition worked quietly and greatly. Transportation is convenient to take you anywhere. The girls at reception were so friendly and helpful. Best hotel.”

“Loved this place. Everything I wanted in a quick stay. Clean, comfortable(mattress was firm), close to everything. I need local access to buy good groceries, pizza, bar essentials for coffee and pastries. Everything I needed was there. Probably what I loved about the place, is the cleanliness. I saw the cleaning lady, she seemed to enjoy her job and work for the nice owner, which is why I believe she keeps the place tip top clean. Clean that I enjoyed walking barefoot, which most never happens.……

He sat down with the three of us, explained everything about the hotel, the city, good spots to visit and stayed in touch during our entire stay.
