“Sehr zentrale Unterkunft mit Parkmöglichkeit. Die Altstadt von Trogir ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Zudem gibt es eine Passagierfähre nach Split. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es wieder buchen.”

“The agent for the property was extremely helpful in introducing us to the property on arrival. The property was extremely clean and very well appointed. The location was good, being close to Trogir. Our only suggestion is that the cleaning goods, mops brooms etc should be stored in a cupboard and not in the shower room which was cluttered. We would thoroughly recommend this property. ”

“This lovely one bedroom with additional pull-out couch is clean and in excellent condition. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the location is very close to Trogir old town. You can see the ocean from the patio and a 7-minute walk will get you to one of the only sandy beaches in the area (most are pebble beaches). It is also very close to the Split airport (5 minute drive). I highly recommend this property for your stay in Croatia!”

“Notre séjour a été merveilleux : l’emplacement en face de la mer, un supermarché en bas, parking gratuit, piscine, petits resto dans la rue. L’appartement que nous avions (le 17) est très bien placé avec une vue superbe, tout confort, clim etc. Seul bémol : le bruit du voisinage qui peut gâcher les nuits mais l’établissement n’y peut rien! ”

“I booked a studio apartment for 2 nights in June and was very impressed - there was plenty of space for 2 people, all the amenities you could possibly want (even a laundry rack, cooking facilities and cutlery) and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location is beautiful and very well-situated for access to both plenty of beaches and the city of Trogir, without feeling busy or tourist-y. The owners themselves are lovely and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable.”

“When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities.”

“Wir hatten Apartment Nr. 5 im im 2. OG. Nr. 6 wird von den Vermietern bewohnt, die wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, weil sie zu dieser Zeit gerade unterwegs waren. Der Kontakt über Whatsapp war aber immer sehr nett :-) Die Wohnung Nr. 5 war sehr sauber und hat einen offenem Dachstuhl mit hohen Decken, was immer angenehm ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten mit einer vollwertigen Küche, inkl. 4-Plattenherd (Ceranfeld), Geschirrspülmaschine(!), Mikrowelle(!) und einem……

“On the plus side: location allows for easy boat trips, lovely bars and restaurants, beaches are within walking distance. One of the bedrooms was just lovely and Antonia who checked us in was helpful. On the down side: the whole lower level suffers from damp and guests are required to run a noisy dehumidifier 24hrs a day and empty the tank daily too. The toilet is tiny. Anyone bigger than average would find it impossible to use. When there was rain (admittedly heavy rain) the roof leaked and our……
