「The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the...

「Le personnel tres agreable a l accueil et aux differents services. La chambre tres confortable. La piscine fort agreable ...il serait interessant de rajouter des parasols car avec les fortes chaleurs ils seraient bienvenus. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.」

「Trop rustique, pas de chauffage central, des petits radiateurs portatifs ont été rajoutés mais soit il fait trop chaud, ou soit trop froid. Le sol est glacial (les tomettes sont jolies, mais très froides) 」

「For us to be able to stay in such an old family chateau is pretty unique. There are certain things that we have to accept, like no air conditioning and tea making facilities in our room but it had WiFi. The two major plus points were still the magnificence of the house itself and setting, and the two hosts. Two lovely people who share their love of where they live.」

「Staff very helpful, breakfast had loads of choices which were excellent. Very pleasant surroundings x An ice machine would have been gratefully received, when we asked for ice we were given some without hesitation, we would have liked more but felt it was too awkward to ask for more.」
