Clean and easily maintained property. Kitchen has oven, grill and hob. Air frier, toastie sandwich maker, George Foreman grill, steamer and toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.
Free WiFi and 50 inch flat screen TV.
Bathroom with shower and bath.
Off road parking. Grocery store is 200 yards and chemist shop 300 yards.
The property is walking distance to several golf courses with others a short taxi ride.
Kilmarnock (Barassie) golf course which is hosting the Junior Open is a 20 min walk as Barassie rail station. Troon Links GC and Troon railway station are 2 miles away with the local Tennis Club and bowling club 2.5 miles. Troon Portland and Royal Troon are 3 miles away with the Open being hosted there 14-21st July. Dundonald Links GC is 2.5 miles with Dundonald Castle and bowling club being approximately 5 miles as is Prestwick airport. The Arran ferry is operating from Troon at the moment and there is a good road and rail network. There’s a local swimming pool and gym in the town center.
