The property was very nice and comfortable, however several things let us down with regard to this holiday.
1) The booking process goes through Vrbo to Pillow Partners. Pillow Partners verification process was horrendous, we've never had to do this in thirty or more years of using holiday lets. The process wanted proof of address and photo ID so I tried to use my photo driving licence. No matter which way I tried to do it, there website said no good. I scanned, I used a Web cam on desktop, I used a camera on a tablet. Eventually I got lucky and it accepted it. They then wanted my signature which is nigh on impossible to do with a mouse so I gave them a scribble and it accepted it first time. Gerrrrrr !
2) The property was very cold when we arrived as the heating wasn't on. The temperature was 16 deg. C. The thermostat was locked out, when we eventually found out how to put the heating on the property warmed up very quickly and became very warm - 25 deg. C.
3) We looked in the draws for cooking utensils and was greeted by several dirty pots and pans, grease and water stains on most of them, food remnants on one rusty tray. We had to wash all of it before cooking our evening meal.
4) We couldn't find any cutlery, so rang Pillow Partners who had to look up their info on the property and told us that it's in a hidden draw under the hob.
For a property charging these prices I'd have expected better.
