Very clean room, large bathroom, nice air conditioning and ceiling fan. Had all the amenities we needed. Close to Bryce canyon but very quiet and peaceful. Close to gas station and food, literally across the street. Grounds are meticulously manicured. Love the code entry on the cottage!

The room was relatively clean. The property is older yet this just added to the ambience and is conveniently located within walking distance to the available restaurants. Bybee’s is also located between Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome Basin providing driving access to both parks. I would definitely recommend Bybee’s Steppingstone Motel and would stay here again when visiting Utah’s canyon country.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bybee’s Steppingstone Motel while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. We stayed in a one-room cabin with a kitchenette, and it was clean, modern, comfortable, and private. The cabin was well appointed with ample linens and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with restaurants and a store nearby, and it was less than 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It made a great home base for exploring the park, and we would gladly stay here again.

This was a very small boutique hotel and the room was on the small side, but it was clean, had all the nornal amemities, and was very efficiently laid out. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Right along the highway and near dining options (which aren't many in a small town but they wrre good)

The property is clean, however there is light coming from the outside under the door seal and we had a few bugs in the room, which we disposed of. There is no real lobby or any staff at the property most of the day, however in place, an outside phone to call someone. Expedia lists the property with an exceptional rating, while in reality it should be listed as good. The bed was comfortable, however the TV, shower to get hot water, and shower fan, were challenging to operate. To their credit, there were signs posted for instructions, although I failed to manually get the shower fan to work. All in all, not a bad experience, but if I were going to see Bryce Canyon again, I would definitely check out other properties and not simply use Expedia, as I felt the description provided was inaccurate.
