Beyond that, just stellar all round; the suite, the location, the food, the cleanliness, the facilities. This is our third time visiting, and no doubt we’ll be back as it’s proven very reliable."

"I booked two rooms at 5pm and my booking was accepted. When we arrived at 7 we were told our room would not be ready for 2 hours. I’m not sure why I was able to book the rooms when they had not been cleaned and wouldn’t be ready for at least 2 hours. They offered a communal shower room but still not good enough. As booking had already taken our money we were stuck. They offered changing facilities. Rooms should be available from 3pm as advertised . Otherwise the hotel is dated as are the rooms. The pool areas well maintained. "
