「Very welcoming. Quit country setting 」

「First of all Victoria our host was friendly and her help made our October stay possible! The house and grounds were enjoyed very much by me, my children and grandchildren. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Very pleasant stay and we all agreed we want to come back next year. 」

「Mice droppings were in all the beds. Also fresh crusty blood spots on several pillow cases and soaked through to pillows. M&Ms in a bed too. Obviously unwashed bedding. Our food and containers had fresh mouse droppings on them. Survived by using our own things as much as possible. For so much a night to stay there, it was very disappointing!! When reaching out to owner to see if she’d make things right, she was totally unwilling. One thing I did appreciate is, we left an item there accidentally,...

「This place was so fun! The building itself is beautiful. My husband is a musician so we had a blast with all the musical instruments and even hooked up the microphone and spotlights and had a fun karaoke night with the kids. We had dinner at the Bull and Thistle Pub on Main Street and the food was amazing and they even had live music. I would absolutely recommend this place for a fun escape with family or a relaxing getaway.」
