“We were looking for a place in the middle of the state to have our family Christmas, I found this place on VRBO, it looked perfect. We were all very happy when we got there and the pictures didn’t lie! The house is amazing, we loved the kitchen and the outdoor space. Plenty of room for everyone! “Weekend trip to see family in Jersey Shore. This Historic Farmhouse comes Highly Recommended. It’s Awesome. When you pull in the driveway you can see the beautiful large farm on which this house sits. A circular driveway that gives you easy access. As you walk into the home it was like walking back in time. The home was furnitured well, clean and Bright. The woodwork thru out is magnificent; the walls, floors & stairs. The kitchen was stocked with alll the essentials; coffee pot, dishes,……

“The power went out due to high winds. That was sure not the host's fault. It was restored in several hours. The local was ideal for our business, although the local parking is a little tuff.”

“Our group had a great time at Barry's place on the Pine Creek. It was clean and had everything we needed. The creek was in good shape and as a group we caught and missed up to 20 fish. At least half of them right off the creek in back of the cabin. Two of our group have been fishing the creek for over 20 year and this was one of their best experiences. We'll definitely be back next year.”

“My husband and I, my college friends and their kids decided to get together for a weekend to go to the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and Cherry Springs. I’m so glad we found this property, it was amazing and had all kinds of walking trails. The kids took the canoe out on the pond and my husband caught a bunch of fish. We walked along the creek and the trails and found blooming wildflowers, lots of birds and heard quite a few owls. The set up of the three stories of this log cabin was great for……

“This was our second year at the beautiful Hoffman house, and it was perfect for our annual family reunion. We love the huge well equipped kitchen because we cook all of our meals for our 20+ family. The home is beautiful and has plenty of space for us to gather as a family, but also sleeps everyone comfortably. The owner was extremely accommodating to our requests, and communications were seamless.”

“Really a nice, clean, updated cabin with close access to a beautiful stretch of water (Little Pine Creek) and a beautiful 20 minute drive to the entrance to Pine Creek Valley and many other creeks that feed it. Lovely fishing, landscapes, birding. Really comfortable cabin. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“Property was clean. There were state police looking for someone in hotel when we got there which was weird and worrisome. We were in the area for a family members college graduation and not familiar with the area at all. There is a Sheetz directly next door so if needed that would be convenient. We checked in at about 6:30 pm and checked out next morning at 10am. Nothing special about the room. Dated but clean. Husband did go down for breakfast and said it was horrible, worst ever. Most likely……
