“Our room was mostly clean. The bath toilet had a leak underneath onto the floor. The sheer curtains had yellow and brown stains. The refrigerator wasn't on so we had to turn it on and wait for it to cool to put drinks in. That never happened. Lucky we had a cooler and there was ice on our floor. Breakfast was good if you weren't eating eggs. Boiled eggs would not peel. Scrambled eggs were almost runny and tasteless.
We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. It was much better. ……
