Communication was great with Chris. They accommodated an early check-in with a fee. We appreciated that. The pillows were very thick so I suggest bringing your own pillow and Kleenex and bath products.

Overall, good spot for a last minute, affordable Tahoe trip. Great for small families and well stocked with games and kitchen supplies. Unfortunately, the bathroom is in need of an update and cleaning. There was visible hair in the shower and not well cleaned. The room was also very noisy. We couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from but at 4:19 am every morning, we were woke up to an alarm or beeping sound that wouldn’t stop until 6:30 am. We got pretty fed up and left one night early so we can get a fully night’s sleep.

Super cute and clean place. Did not have to contact the hosts one time along the way as everything they wrote and promised was met! Of you do email them they are responsible as we did this before the trip! Location is everything! In the heart of it all. We put the kids in a snow board lesson that started at 9am, and didn’t have to leave the unit until 8:50am as the ski check-in is so close. They also have a designated parking spot super close to the unit. The kitchen is a great addition. They don’t have a stove so we ate out, but we were able to heat our left over food in the microwave and keep things cold in the fridge! The beds are extremely comfy. The unit is small but you already know that when you book! Directions for the place like checkin/check out are very straightforward and easy! They do a great job of keeping the place up!Thank you, would definitely consider staying again at this place!
