「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」

「I have been pondering long and hard before writing this review. My wife and i planned this trip well over a year knowing that accommodation in Grenanda for the carnival was difficult. We went in search of a hotel in January to beat the rush for the August festival. Pickings were slim, all hotels booked, meaning now only guest houses would be available.
