"The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There was coffee cups and a pool arm float underneath the bed. The room phone did not work so service desk attendant just took it. Breakfast was great with a great selection of options. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was very accessible."

"The stay was fine. However the only I booked a stay here was so our granddaughter could swim. The pool was out of commission. The website should have stated that. Desk clerk told us it should be ready Friday. In reality it’s going to be 2 weeks before it’s ready. Needless to say we had a disappointed granddaughter. The breakfast was not good at all. Very disappointed in it as well."

"We were unable to stay because we opted to pay upon our arrival, therefore Ark Suites booked all their rooms out before we arrived. So we did not have any of the rooms we booked once we arrived. "

"Found bugs in the bed and stains on the sheets. The door lock was broken and the room smelled awful. Two small pillows for the king sized bed. Photos attached. The building is run down and the carpet is ripped in multiple places. There was a sign on the desk that they hold a $60 cash only deposit upon check-in as well. Expedia I wouldnt offer this hotel on your site. "

"The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested."

"Breakfast was great but ran out of everything right after we arrived. Bathroom pretty icky. Floor was uneven as if they put cheap thin carpet over uneven floors. Very small room. Just ok, not great. Staff nice. "
