The holiday house Villa Stina in Tučepi, Makarska Riviera, has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and a lot of manual work. It was built 300 years ago in an old settlement above the coast. The rooms are spread over three floors. The ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each room with balcony and bathroom with shower.

On the third floor, attic, you can use the cozy living room with flat TV / SAT, balcony with sea view. Here is also an extra bed available.
The outdoor pool with sea views invites you to relax. The outdoor shower and the sun loungers are also available.
Not far from the house, is the barbecue and the terrace overlooking the sea. The house is a detached. Parking is available. Free WiFi access everywhere. On request, the owner offers his Taverna, next to the house, you also the dinner or lunch.
The beach is about 4 km away. FREE PARKING near the beach!

Beautiful Villa Stina

We arrived at Villa Stina and were greeted by our wonderful hosts. They showed us around their beautifully restored family home. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you could need for your stay. We really appreciated the little things like a welcome drink and the fridge had water juice and their own wine which was very generous. The pool area is beautiful with fantastic views out to the islands. The barbecue is a great addition to the house. We enjoyed cooking in the evening. The house has 2 balconies which give nice views out to sea too. There are 3 good restaurants in the village and we really enjoyed eating at Riva in Tučepi by the marina too. The house is perfectly situated to explore the coastline and the mountains surrounding it.We had never been to Croatia before, we now feel like we have left a bit of us behind in wonderful Villa Stina in Tučepi. We hope to return again soon. We would definitely recommend this authentic Croatian home.

Eine rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche in Tučepi

Bereits die Kommunikation seitens der Agentur war instruktiv und freundlich. Überaus herzlich war dann der Empfang durch die Vermieter, die im Kühlschrank bereits einige Köstlichkeiten aus eigener Produktion deponiert hatten. Sehr positiv fiel im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften auch auf, dass ein Vorrat an Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden war, der für unsere Urlaubswoche sogar völlig ausreichte. Ohnehin war das Haus sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und vor allem sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Der Blick von der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss wie auch von den Balkonen in den beiden Obergeschossen auf Meer und vorgelagerte Inseln ist fantastisch. Auch vom Pool aus hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht. Der Pool selbst ist groß und sehr gepflegt, der Terrassenbereich gemütlich und einladend. Überhaupt gibt es viele schöne Orte auf dem Grundstück, an denen man gern verweilt. Außerordentlich war über die gesamte Zeit die Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Das von ihnen vor Ort zubereitete Abendessen mit lokalen Spezialitäten können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind in etwa zehn Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe liegen der Naturpark Biokovo mit Skywalk und Zip Line. In den Biokovo-Park kann man theoretisch auch direkt vom Haus aus wandern, gute Kondition und viel Wasser vorausgesetzt. Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen und hoffen, irgendwann wieder dorthin zu fahren.

Erholsamer Aktivurlaub

Sehr freundliche Vermiererin, die gut englisch spricht. Haus ist wie der Pool sehr gepflegt.Zwei Restaurants sind im Ort fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten mit Kindern wie Zip Line oder Skywalk. Auf dem Weg zum Strand kommt man automatisch an mehreren großen Supermärkten vorbei. Strände in Tucepi oder Makarska sind gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die Kroaten sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren 3 Söhnen 10/10/8 gehabt. Stephan

A lovely peaceful place, amazing views, close to Tucepi and Makarska.

We had a lovely week here....a beautiful place to stay with all the comforts you need....well equipped kitchen, air con in all rooms, balcony, good size bedrooms, big lounge. WiFi, TV, DVD. The house is in an old picturesque village (old Tucepi). Our host Zorica and her husband and cousin were great and were very welcoming and helpful. Very close to Tucepi and Makarska resorts. The former is smaller and was our favourite. Lots of restaurants close by and supermarkets. Stunning mountainside backdrop is the Biokovo National Park. 23km drive to the top! The private pool is a real bonus...you can watch the sun going down over the Adriatic. The homemade wine and Cherry Brandy is great too! Our first visit to Croatia....beautiful country and lovely people!
