「Easy parking, quick check-in, friendly staff.
The room was very clean and roomy.
The only complaint we had was the shower reeked like urine when we opened the door to shower.
I did report it and they wrote it down and stated they were reporting it and would have the room inspected.
We would come back though; everything else was perfect.」

「Got in late, the hotel is clean and welcoming.
They gave me 207 which is right next to the elevator. I heard every time it went up and down, I heard the floor ding sound all night long. Your doors are also not soft closing, they slam shut every time! Silence elevator ding, change the doors so they are soft closings. That’s not all, at 745 the fire alarm went off for about 5 minutes, found out it was because a guest burnt their toast downstairs in the lobby during breakfast. Can’t stay here...
