Exceptional Stay
Outstanding property and host. Stayed for three weeks at this property in April. Truly an exceptonal experience. The house is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with all the required amenities nearby. The house is in excellent condition; spotless and well maintained. It is equipped with high end furnishings and beautifully decorated. Everything works as it should. The home is fully stocked with all the household necessities. Terry and Eileen were great to work with; very thoughtful and quick to repond to any questions one might have. I can not imagine a better property or hosts to rent from. I highly recommend this property!

Of all the Virbo properties we've stayed, this is the best! Move-in ready for the vacationer. Just need food. Fully stocked with household necessities and everything works. Owners are great to work with. We return every year.

Perfect in every way!
This was our first visit to Green Valley and this rental made our time there memorable and enjoyable. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that’s easily accessible to main roads and has wide sidewalks for walking. We were impressed with the amenities of the house and thoughtful touches throughout to make guests comfortable. For example, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks, the kitchen was well-equipped, the linen closets were filled with extra towels and wash cloths, and the beds were so comfy. Terry responded quickly when we had a question. We heartily recommend this house and hope to return next year.

Lovely Home - Easy Stay
This property was a great home base for us for 2 weeks as we scoped properties in the area. Everything went very smoothly. The host was communicative and helpful. The house was nice and comfortable. Household items from paper products to detergents were well stocked (a nice surprise) and there were lots of towels and linens. I highly recommend this property, and it is a great value.

The Jewel of Las Campanas
For the second year in a row we enjoyed the luxury of staying at this home. Everything is always "Just Right" The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to things to do. We have said many times that we wish we could live here year round.

Home between Homes
We stayed at Terry's beautiful home for 5 weeks after selling our home in Flagstaff, while we waited for our new home to be completed in Green Valley. We were so thankful for Terry's willingness to let us rent with our two dogs. He's a dog guy and said, "they're part of the family!" Communication was fantastic. Terry was a thoughtful host and checked in occasionally to see if we needed anything. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you will need. The backyard is just perfect if you happen to be staying there with a pet, as the trees are mature and there is shade. The humans liked it too! We highly recommend this home to anyone in need of a place in Green Valley. Thank you so much, Terry!

Wonderful house in Green Valley
This was our first time in Green Valley. It was a pleasant surprise to find it was a beautiful area just South of Tucson. Our hosts Terry and Eileen were fantastic. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

The house was nice and clean and very well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, silver ware, etc. My only complaint on the check-in process was there was no address or location until the day prior.

My husband and I stayed here with our two small dogs. It was clean and nicely furnished. The owners were very proactive. The best part was the BED! Oh my....I want to know the brand of mattress and pillows! Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We'll be back

TOTALLY MARVELOUS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS
This home was meticulously clean, had all the amenities we could possibly dream of, upscale dishes & cutlery, an excellent neighborhood where we felt very safe and a lovely back yard. Perfect location for a desert stay
This property shows pride of ownership. It is beautifully decorated and everything you would need for a home away from home is provided. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, and you are close to all amenities including access to GVR locations for an additional fee. The owner thoughtfully had all paperwork filled out for us to do this, and we spent everyday at the pool cooling off. The backyard is private and has beautiful shade provided by mature trees. This home truly is a gem.

James Reynolds was a great renter and he had patients when we had TV issues from Cox. I did take care of his problem on the same day and next day when it was an issue again. Would accept James as again for our rental.

Can't Wait to Go Back!
We loved this house! It is in a wonderful neighborhood and good location - close to shopping. The house is very clean and decorated very tastefully. The furniture is comfortable and having two TV's was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable and the bedding very nice. The kitchen is stocked with every dish, pan and utensil you could need. We enjoyed the patio and appreciated having a grill to use. We both had zoom meetings while there, the internet worked great and it was nice to have an office with a desk. The check in was easy and the owners are very responsive. You won't be disappointed with this home. We have already booked our next stay.

We stayed at this property for nearly two months this fall and were absolutely delighted with all aspects. The accommodations were very clean, the furnishings were nice and comfortable and the cupboards were stocked with anything you could possibly need. There is also a fully fenced yard w/patio. The property is in a lovely neighborhood and is conveniently located next to a community center (pool, etc.) and nearby stores and shops. The entire area is very walkable. The property owners were very personable and responsive when we had a question/need. We strongly recommend this property and definitely plan to return.

Thank you Terrell and Eileen for being terrific hosts. Your house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and yours by far was the best. We didn't have to go out and buy the usual paper products, soaps, etc. Your welcome snack basket and wine was such a nice treat. There was a nice desk and light for working a jigsaw puzzle and cozy throws for cool nights watching TV. We appreciated that you were as close as a phone call if we had any questions. Hopefully, we'll be back to one of your properties!

Wonderful property with considerate hosts. Everything needed was provided. Only recommendation would be to have a pull-down sunscreen on side of patio as sun was too bright to sit out in the afternoon. Would definitely stay there again.

A home away from home
This is an awesome place to stay. Spotless, immaculate, comfortable and everything works. Even the knives are sharp. The owners are accessible and helpful. The master bedroom bed is superb. Good shower and walk in closet with oodles of room. Location is beyond quiet, Neighbourhood is safe and clean. Lovely private backyard with a clean working grill and lounge beds. Pomegranate tree wonderful. A/C works as does the internet and TV. There is no view except Arizona blue sky + humming birds and geckos from kitchen table. Only slight criticism is the lack of hard lighting in the kitchen. Lots of pot lights but bulbs are soft light. We have stayed in lots of VRBOs rated 5. This is a 5++. Re-booking for 2020 was an easy decision.

Incredible Stay
