「I booked and paid for a night with a jacuzzi tub, $40 difference than a regular room. Buy my first night, I was not put in the correct one and when I brought it to their attention (6pm) they told mr sorry, talk to a certain employee tomorrow, he will refund you or give you an extra night or something.. spoke to him the next day and got an apology and refund of $35. We gotmoved to an appropriate room. But there were no bathroom amenities. No towels at the tub, no bubble bath or bath salts (etc)...
