Relax in this peaceful 1-bedroom, Southwest-style Casita in Tucson’s sought-after Indian Ridge neighborhood. With a private entrance, pet-friendly space, pull-out sofa, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and super cold A/C, it’s perfect for a tranquil getaway. Enjoy Wi-Fi, Roku TV, local antenna TV, and easy access to hiking spots like Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon. Just 10 minutes from Saguaro National Park, Tanque Verde Falls, and public golf courses. Welcome to this private desert guest house, fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway! Pet-Friendly: We welcome up to 2 small dogs under 50 lbs. The main house is separated, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. Bedroom: Queen bed with cozy, comfortable bedding Dresser for storage Bathroom: Tub/Shower combo Vanity with towels Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash Kitchen: Full-sized refrigerator and freezer Stove/Oven Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee Cooking essentials, including spices and cleaning supplies Washer/Dryer available for your convenience. Living Room: Pull-out sofa, sleeps 1-2 guests, there are additional fees for adding guests beyond 2. Accent chair for additional seating Dining Area: Dining table with seating for 4 guests Smart TV for your entertainment Outdoor Space: Relax on the patio or take a stroll around the beautiful neighborhood. Parking: Convenient parking is available right in front of the guest house gate. The guest house has its own driveway and entryway. There is a small fence that separates the guest house area from the backyard of the main house. available by messaging through the app and responsive to any questions or concerns, feel free to message anytime. This is a beautiful old historic neighborhood. Lots of mature trees and great views of the Catalina Mountains. The neighborhood is awesome with very friendly people. There are basic services within five minutes like restaurants, Post Office, gas station, great thrift stores, coffee shop and grocery store. We have had 5 star reviews for all aspects of our listings except on 2 occasions people gave a 4 star for location. When choosing a place to stay make sure it is in the area you wish to stay. For many it is the perfect location because it is 4 miles away from the best hiking spot in the area, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area which has waterfalls and streams. But it is not as convenient to the UofA which may be about a 20 to 30 minute drive. Please note the main house is occupied and detached from the guest house with privacy. There are no visitors, parties, or small gatherings allowed since the space is comfortable for 4 guests only.

Close to Sabino Canyon

Tastefully decorated in Southwest colors, fully supplied, charming unit. Host(s) easily accessible for questions. It was, as described, close to the Sabino Canyon recreation area (love the "Crawler" tram!). Dedicated parking.
