This cozy Southwest style, second floor condominium is in a gated Catalina Foothills community. The condominium features a spacious covered patio with mountain views, brand new flooring, TV in both the living and bedroom, washer/dryer included, fully furnished and includes cable & Internet. The complex has resort style pools/spas, fitness center, ramadas with bbq, playground, volleyball court and a convenient location across the street from shopping and numerous restaurants.

Tenants must sign and submit both the declaration of lease form and COVID waiver to main office with $25 check payment to Veranda at Ventana.
Please drop off the signed forms and payment at the main office building, the one on the right at the main entrance. Drop box right of door.

All Around Good Stay!

My husband and I stayed the month of Nov to enjoy some hiking, biking, golfing, dining, spa..ing and Thanksgiving with family and friends. The unit was clean quiet and cozy with a reasonable selection of toxic free cooking pans and utensils. Easy drive to CostCo, Whole Foods and Trader Joe. Bashas' grocer was a stroll away for emergency ice cream n such. Neighbors were friendly and the pool/hot spa was a great place to soak the sore muscles. Grant was available any time we needed him. Highly recommend his place.

Fantastic Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The complex is beautiful and we used the pool, spa, and gym regularly. The unit is compact but well laid out and had everything we needed. Beautiful mountain view off the covered patio. Owner is very responsive but not intrusive. Hope to stay here again!

A Quiet Cozy Stay in the Foothills

Staying at Grant's property in the Catalina Foothills was a delightful experience. This cozy apartment had everything we needed for an extended stay, including a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies, laundry, a community pool + gym, and an incredible view of the mountains from the covered balcony. Grant was easy to communicate with and although the place is within a large gated community, it was always quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again!
