This desert oasis showcases amazing views of the Catalina Mountains from its perch in the foothills and includes on-site access to some fabulous on-site amenities including a swimming pool, a spa, tennis/pickleball courts, and a barbecue grill. Tennis and pickleball racquets and balls are available in the condo for use during your stay. Enjoy easy access to hiking and biking trails, downtown Tucson, and the U of A. The condo is situated right next to the upscale shops and dining options at La Encantada.

The inviting interior features a flowing, single-level floor plan with southwestern design and desert-themed decor filling the space. The covered balcony offers a breezy perch to enjoy the mountain views. Smart TVs are equipped in the living room and bedroom for flexible home entertainment. The bedroom also includes direct balcony access. The mighty full kitchen makes home meal planning a breeze.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was great! Very clean and comfortable. I worked from there and no issues with wifi or internet. My only advice would be to explain how to get to the unit from the parking lot via map or texted instructions prior to arrival) I had read other reviews that mentioned similar difficulties so I was aware, but it still took me a long time to locate it and it was late/dark. That said, the support team were responsive and helpful and eventually got me to the unit. Note: a couple of stairways to navigate to get there.

I defiantly would NOT recommend this place simply for the service. Vacasa was absolutely horrible. I had an issue and I was completely brushed off as if it wasn’t important. Pick another place.

Great stay in Tucson

This condo was quiet, conveniently located, and comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning looking at the mountains. It was a great location and we would absolutely stay there again!

Clean - Comfortable - Spacious - Well Equipped!

We spent the month of March in this unit and we were very happy with it. Exactly as depicted in the photos, it was bright and airy with a modern feel. There is lots of space in this condo! The unit has a well equipped kitchen including multiple pots and pans with sufficient dishes and glassware for your stay. Note: there is a toaster oven but no toaster but they do have a kettle for hot tea! A supply of essentials was provided so we didn't have to purchase soaps, etc right away.We are active seniors so previous comments about the stairs and walkways were not a problem for us. If you have mobility issues, perhaps this is not the place for you. There were comments about spots on the carpets so I came prepared with boot trays and small carpets to put at each of the doors. When we arrived, the cleaners had done a great job of cleaning and only through travel patterns after a month did we begin to see where the spots were.The check in was simple and all information was provided on the days identified to us. The location is excellent! It's near a major road that gets you around the city and is close to groceries and restaurants. Our favorite - True Food Kitchen.I would recommend a booklet that tells newcomers to Tucson some of the places to visit and perhaps instructions for the dishwasher and washing machines.This is a long review but we loved the condo, the complex and the location and will be looking to stay here again.

Serene and comfortable

We loved the view of the canyon. It was so quiet we sat on the patio and enjoyed the sunrise and the birds. We sat at the quiet pool in the afternoon after having close access to many trails. Great location! Clean, cozy, convenient.

Condo in great location with awesome views

A little dated but had all the amenities (heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis/pickleball court). Unfortunately main bedroom TV did not get a strong enough signal to be able to watch any programming. Unit appeared clean when we first arrived, but upon closer look found glass shards in the carpet and residual food on pots/pans. Kitchen blind broken. Keyless access was problematic from the onset.

Very clean, it has everything you need and more. Great little patio to sit on in the morning and in the evening. It is in a quiet location in a safe neighborhood. Can walk on sidewalk to great restaurants. Would stay again. Reasonably priced.
