We stayed here while waiting on our house to finish being built. I appreciated how quickly we were able to make our reservation and how responsive the property manager was. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the house was large enough for all of us to stay comfortably.

Family Vacation with a Private Pool

Our stay was very good and we felt that the property offered everything we needed from a home base or launching point for many Tucson adventures. The private pool (although very cold in winter - no heater available) was the center of attention when not out and about. The neighborhood felt safe. The house was pretty clean and nicely decorated (relaxed). We slept well, and were thankful for a good kitchen, as we ate in often.

Lovely , well appointed house with three bedrooms. It was clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It was a little further out of town than anticipated but that was my error fo not paying closer attention to the map. Communication between client and rental agency was good.

Demanding Documents

Casago Company of Arizona, I writing to tell you I will be complaining to VRBO company for the extensive emails requiring further documents. I have rented homes from Scotland to Italy, Australia, others in the USA and New Zealand and have never been asked for a "picture of my passport or a picture of my charge card". You have received my deposit but continue to insist that further documents are required. I am really not sure what the issue is. When we arrived at 11pm with my 87 year old mother the door code did not work. Nor did the alternative code work. We were then told the emergency supervisor did not answer the call. After 40 mins. on a very cold night we were able to get in after finding the lock box that was very rusty. All of this for 5 individuals who are retired. The man came the next day and it took 40 mins for him to fix the problem. No it was not us but the equipment.

Great for families

We came to Arizona for a guys trip with my father-in-law and 3 sons. It was a great location for us to enjoy as guys and located centrally enough to be a quick drive to all the activities we wanted to see.
