Beautiful property and neighborhood! There has been a wonderful thought to the details - the kitchen is well stocked, the games and activities are awesome, and the backyard is beautiful and so relaxing! Relaxing home base

We had two families staying here together with four young kids. The games, pool, and hammock kept the kids occupied & happy, & all of us had plenty of space to spread out & relax. The house is wonderfully situated for access to Mt Lemmon, Bear Canyon, Sabino Canyon, & Saguaro Nat. Park - plus plenty of convenient in-town shops & restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!

Family Spring Break 2025

The home was great. Plenty of towels and household items. Views from the hottub and pool were awesome. The kids loved the games, pool toys and even took the bikes out for a trip around the neighborhood. We were able to get out and enjoy the surrounding area and sunny days. Wedding on Mt Lemmon

Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 5 adults. Perfect location for a last minute wedding held up at Windy Pointe Vista. The property is everything it says and so much more. None of us wanted to leave. Very clean and spacious. Fantastic backyard. Will definitely rebook next time we’re in Tucson!

Get away from Minnesota to Tucson

Wonderful house in a wonderful location. Close to Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park, and Mount Lemmon. What a kitchen with everything you need for meals. The cutlery was so sharp! Typical day - breakfast, hike, lunch, nap, pool, dinner - then repeat day after day. Jem was wonderful to work with, and had great ideas on what to do, including how to enjoy the sunsets. We loved our two weeks here!

Great Location

Some of the best Tucson hiking trails are within a twenty-minute drive from the house. Excellent Safeway supermarket is two minutes away, and great restaurants are close by. (Renee's was our favorite). The house was wonderful, very clean and well-maintained, and the back yard area with pool was a lovely place to spend sunny afternoons. Jem is a great host, friendly and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Peaceful Retreat

It’s a great place for a family to gather that’s off the beaten path. Here for U of A family weekend and after hanging with son’s friends and their families, coming back to the house for some peace, relaxation and swimming pool was heaven. We rode bikes, swam, hot tubbed, played air hockey, etc. This home had it all! And, to add, Jem (the host) was communicative and very responsive. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

It's a nice house in very good shape! The neighborhood is very quiet. It has several close by restaurants, pharmacies, etc. It's close to Saguaro East and several other hiking spots. Absolutely no regrets going with this place!!!

The perfect getaway

The owner Jem was a delight - very helpful and thorough in the entire process. I work in the vacation rental cleaning industry and real estate and I have never given a 5-star cleanliness review - until today. The home was in great condition - the furniture was clean and neat, bedding was fresh without being overly perfumed, the exterior was tidy and the bathrooms were spotless. If you are searching for a vacation rental, look no further! You will not be disappointed. Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

Multi-gen family gathering haven-heaven

Our goal was casual hanging-out together time among extended family arriving from all four time zones for UAZ graduation. We didn't want sightseeing on this trip, we wanted a quiet and comfortable shared lodging with a touch of elegance. This home delighted all of us - so perfect for our needs. Generous well equipped kitchen, three large dining areas, three outdoor seating zones, clean well-furnished comfortable bedrooms and baths, recreation gear, and attentive hosting gave us a truly peak experience. We meandered in and out of conversations, cooking/eating, games and laughter and only dealt with restaurants twice in five days.
