Very nice accomodations!

The condo was very clean with nice furnishings. Some spices and condiments were available. The host was easy to contact and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, need some improvement

We have stayed at Vistoso Resort Casitas several times. Although this condo was clean and well-prepared, we had the most uncomfortable nights we’ve ever had here because of the bed - old-school with bedsprings that did not give and transmitted EVERY slight motion and noise. The bedframe also squeaked and moved with it. Honestly, it felt like a cheap hotel bed. Additionally, the clothes dryer needs repair. As it runs, it makes a loud clack/clank with every rotation of the drum. We could not comfortably talk in the living room with the dryer running, and in fact we were asked about the noise by our upstairs neighbors. We were mortified to have disturbed people!Please consider requesting the property owner to upgrade the master bed to a normal resort standard, and to have the dryer fixed asap. We would not stay here again unless we knew these issues had been resolved.

Nice place

We arrived to find dead bugs everywhere! Once that was straightened out, we enjoyed our stay and loved the decor. One thing we noted was the hot water - it took forever to get hot! Maybe a new water heater would help? Great location, beautiful grounds, very enjoyable. I would stay there again.

Great condo backed to a preserve

This condo checked all the boxes for our stay. We were there for 2 weeks. It was clean, quiet and had all the amenities we were looking for. There is a preserve right behind the condo which had a walking and bike trail. The internet connection worked well, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and tools and the unit had a washer/dryer which was convenient. Be sure to bring your own coffee/tea though they don't supply it. The only thing that was a negative for us was that the beds were overly firm and the towels needed some fabric softener because they were rough until we washed them. Overall a great place to stay!

Wonderful Stay!

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the code on the door didn’t work so we had to call Vacasa to get in. It was late and dark and we were ready to get in and rest. I only mention it because the never came and fixed the problem in the 6 nights we were there so we had to call again to plan a way to lock up yet leave the keys. Apparently, we weren’t the first ones to have the problem with this unit.

Golf Getaway

Nice location with beautiful view the west of mountains. Beautiful sunset and a nice area to go for an easy hike thru what was once a beautiful golf course with the option to walk old concrete cart paths or desert trails.

Nice location, unit needs TLC

The unit is located on a trail system that wraps around a fallow golf course. The wildlife was so fun to watch from the back patio. The unit itself was fine, however, the kitchen faucet is barely hanging on and the bathroom faucets aren’t too much better. The kitchen is ill equipped and most utensils, pans and dishes are low quality. A mop would be nice to have available - tile floors got dirty quickly. That said, we loved the location and back patio. Beautiful sunsets! The pool/hot tub area was nice.

Convenient Location, Clean, Reasonably Priced

This was our 3rd stay in the Tucson area, but our 1st time in this unit. We were 2 couples and this unit had 2 generous sized bedrooms, enough furniture for the 4 of us, a decent sized kitchen, and a ground level deck with a secluded view. I believe the sofa folded out for 2 additional persons, but we did not check that out. Everything was as shown or explained in the “write up.” I would add that there was a compact hair dryer in the Master bathroom which was not indicated in the provided information. So - it’s nice to know it’s there - we unnecessarily brought one from home. Our group didn’t make “meals” at the unit and found the basics we required were provided. We used a driving app to get to and from this unit, which I recommend. There are many units in the area that look very similar. Even with the app, we were turned around a few times - coming and going. :D There were both a Safeway store (just down the street) and a Frys grocery nearby for purchasing food or other items. Each morning, we grabbed a quick breakfast and were then gone for most of the day - visiting the Pima Air Museum, Biosphere2, the Sabino Canyon, evening meals out - all located within a reasonable driving distance. This was a good unit. We would rent it again.

Great Alternative to multiple hotel rooms.

We were in Oro Valley for the 2019 LC Age Group Swim Championships. The location was very convenient to the Aquatic center with plenty of shopping, restaurants and amenities. We were very pleased with the property and management response to any issues we had. I gave this 5 Stars despite the problems we had with the AC unit failing on our last night. We choose and paid for late check out as we needed a place to stay between session the final day. Even though we were without air it was manageable with the ceiling fans in every room and the temperature stayed around 85 vs. the 107 outside. The AC failing was not something that could have been predicted and the management team responded as well as could be expected. Although the AC was still out when we departed, we would stay here again when the chance arises.

Casita at Rancho Vistoso

This unit faced the defunct golf course and offered eady access to walking and biking. Each evening about 10 javelinas came by the patio area. Unit was comfortable for two couples. Kitchen was modestly furnished for basic cooking. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were promptly resolved.
