Great location, great property

This is my 2nd of hopefully many stays. Great location, near hikes and good retail/restaurants. Beautiful property and patio, really quiet. Comfy bed well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great Place

The property amazing and Susanne is amazing. Very clean. Sat out on the deck and watched the sunsets. Very quiet. Private. Exactly as advertised and even better. Loved my stay and loved the place!!!

Great setting, location - cute

In a nice neighborhood, serene setting with a view of the Catalina mountains from the deck. So helpful to have a washer/dryer for dusty hiking clothes. Close to groceries, restaurants and the fabulous Sabino Canyon. Great value and would absolutely book again!

Really Serene

The unit is quite comfortable, but the key feature is sitting on the deck gazing out over Tucson and the beautiful natural landscape with all the birds- so serene. It was as soothing and relaxing as being on a deserted beach. We needed our mini vacation to unwind- mission accomplished!

Peaceful desert oasis

This is an awesome property, I've already booked another stay. Host is very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately it was rainy and cold so i didnt get to enjoy the deck with a grill and beautiful views all around. The suite has windows on 3 sides, lots of good natural light. A comfy bed and fully stocked kitchen plus a couch, a work area, and several chairs make this a place i could stay for weeks. Its in a quiet neighborhood, it feels far from it all, but within a 5-10 min drive there are tons of restaurants and stores. Im looking forward to my next stay!

Hiking & visiting friends vacation

Great location, quiet but beautiful area. The hostess was very nice & accommodating. The king size bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our week vacation there. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing, secluded feeling, private getaway with stunning views of the mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt secluded and private, yet convenient to major access. The apartment was clean and adequate. The bed was super comfortable. The private deck was our favorite place to watch local birds, the sunsets, and relax viewing the mountains. Our hostess was awesome. She was quick to respond to issues and provided us with a cooler to use for our adventures while we stayed. Quiet mornings, amazing sunsets. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here - it felt like a retreat. The property is just as advertised. It is nice to go back to a quiet neighborhood to the patio with a view after a day of exploring. While you need a car for stores and restaurants, they are only a short drive away.

Cute room on the desert

Cute room overlooking the desert and the Tucson valley. Nice deck to be able to enjoy the views. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were some quirks (odd wiring, low water pressure, toilet with a sticky handle) but for a 60+year old building, it was certainly in good shape and a good pick. The host was pleasant and responsive to our emails to her. We would stay there again!

Excellent Experience

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have ever rented. The location is fantastic. The views from the porch are amazing with plenty of fun wildlife and birds to enjoy. It's also easy to get around the area from this location. We loved the interior. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The bed was so amazing--we slept so well (the fresh desert air and exercise probably helped)--but the mattress and bedding were luxurious! The host was fantastic--friendly, helpful, and easy to access. We loved the suggestions for hikes (this was our third visit to Tucson), and we found great new places to explore. We would definitely rent this place again--and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful getaway

The check in process was great. The Hostess allowed my fiancé to check in first because I had problem flying out that day. The property stands true to its name. Secluded so a car is need, but everything is close bye. I would recommend this place and in all honesty I would love to go back

Tucson home in foothills

Excellent property in beautiful setting. The house had everything we needed. Very comfortable home in a quiet and very scenic area. Susanne was very friendly, provided a lot of great recommendations, and very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful space!

This rental was perfect; the furnishings and amenities were all well thought out, the view is phenomenal, the hosts were friendly and communicative. I couldn’t recommend this place more! We bopped all around Tucson while we were in town and the Catalina foothills really seem like the best place to be.

Great stay in the Catalina Foothills

We spent a week here, and our expectations were exceeded! Suzanne was a great host, the place was clean, stylish, and well-located with a great view. The bed was comfortable, the shower good, the kitchen was convenient, and we enjoyed ourselves from start to finish.

Great stay in Tucson

The place was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Also close to all amenities. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We had a great week of quiet sleep, with only the rain to listen to some evenings. Lovely, and highly recommended.
