We arrived late and had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. When they did, it felt like we were more of an inconvenience than guests. Once we got to our room, things didn’t improve…the sheets appeared clean but had noticeable stains, there was hair on the shower wall, and the room had an unpleasant smell. When I pulled back the sheets, I’m fairly certain there were even Cheeto crumbs in the bed. The breakfast area didn’t feel any better. The cup sleeves were noticeably dirty, and overall cleanliness was questionable. We decided not to risk eating there, especially after noticing the yogurt the night before was left out on the counter instead of being refrigerated. We managed to get a few hours of sleep, but overall, it was not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here or choose to stay again.

They had waffles, hot eggs, sausage and country potatoes. The proximity to the Interstate, as well as the busy highway that went in front of the hotel, both had unbearable road noise. I use earplugs to sleep, I had no trouble because I was exhausted from a long drive. Plan accordingly for road noise, LOUD road noise.

Room large and clean with a dining table and 2 chairs. Bed firm and comfortable. Very “pet” amenable. On a busy street, but has sidewalks. Adjacent residential area that is good for a quiet walkabout. Plenty of fast food dining nearby, but for good coffee and food, head downtown for old route 66.

The room was as shown. What I like most is that if one gets a ground floor unit they can park their car near their front door. This is helpful of one has lots of thing to move in.

The room was clean and had the basics, most at least. I found it interesting that wash cloths were not in the room. Most disconcerting is that the toilet seat was broken. There was an issue that when you sat down, the back of the seat and come unhinged and slide. I was able to grab the side of the tub to keep from falling. My husband was not so lucky when he used it. There is no way you could lift the seat without it coming off so I can’t belief housekeeping did not have to deal with it every time they cleaned it. Parking lot very small, right on the road but once I went to bed I slept well. The lobby is about 10x10 and that is where the breakfast was served. There was a sign that said “we recommend that you take your breakfast to your room to eat but you can eat in the lobby if you like.” Clearly they know the space is tiny. There were roughly 12 guests mulling around this tiny room to get their breakfast and two small table. It was free. All in all, okay but the toilet ticked me off as it is a hazard.
