This roadside motel was better than I thought it would be, some smelly neighbors outside (cow pens), but clean and redone inside where the smell did not exist. No other amenities to speak of. I would not hesitate to crash here on a late night again.

I understand the saying, “you get what you pay for,” but this hotel felt a bit overpriced for what it offers. The surrounding environment didn’t feel very comfortable or suitable for three women traveling together. It seems more like a place that would work well for truckers rather than families ...

This was such a cozy and sweet space to spend a night just outside of Palo Duro Canyon. I will definitely patron again. Great site for family gathering, with grills and corn hole.

Great location for getting to state park and into town. Peaceful spot. House was perfect for our needs- inside very nice modern amenities. Would definitely stay there again.
