A return trip which is a compliment in itself. Lovely well appointed hotel. Friendly staff and good facilities. Centrally located for the town. Comfortable rooms and very clean

Great staff and hotel with brilliant leisure facilities, ideal when staying with kids. Only frustration is inability to book a 4 person family room (1 x double and 2 x single beds) for a family of 4 due to hotel rules (so Expedia tell me!).

Clean specious hotel room cleaned daily. Excellent shower and bath. Central to the town. Large pool sauna steam room and Jacuzzi, bring your swim hat! Pleasant staff excellent stay.

We love this hotel and we stay there at least once a year. The staff are very friendly and the food and accommodation is first rate. We also like the spa and gym. The only thing that did not seem to be happen was the point addition for 'The Club' scheme which staff did not seem to be aware of. One of them told me that the scheme was ending this month although I do not rememeber being notified of this.

Great place to stay

Great Hotel . Friendly welcome on arrival very clean family room perfect for our stay . Swimming pool was excellent and well maintained. Cant fault the breakfast plenty of choice for everyone and Pancakes made to order for the kids excellent. Its location was perfect for us its only a short walk into the town centre and all its amenities. Over all a great place to stay for a break.

The hotel is beautifully furnished. Bedroom very clean and comfortable with ample plug-in and USB points. The only issue is not enough tea or coffee in the tray. The only mirror is in the bathroom, making applying make up difficult whilst partner is showering, steamy mirrors. Really could do with a mirror in a well lit area of bedroom. We had dinner and breakfast, and the food was of excellent quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely waitress in the bar area. Took the time to chat which was nice as on my own for business. Limited menu. Breakfast isn’t great. Bacon hard and most in hot covers but food generally not hot.

Mostly very good

Room was good, fairly generic, comfortable bed, nice soft pillows. Reception staff very friendly and efficient, dinner in the bar was excellent. Breakfast was good, a buffet, however the person who took payment for the breakfast [we were room only) was quite brusque and not very friendly

Hallways were noisy at night. Slamming doors and yelling children, which was not the property's fault. The wood doors stick and need a good pull to shut, hence the noise. Otherwise, short to downtown Tullamore.

Never to return.

It was my first time in this hotel and I will never return the bar staff were young and inexperienced as we were left standing at the bar for ages on our drinks. We also were left waiting on our food with for 45 mins and when it arrived our family was left 3 meals short then told the kitchen was closed leaving them with no food.

Disappointing

Have stayed many a time but this time so disappointed ☹️. The service in bar was disaster . They had a party of travellers from a funeral who was prioritised before their guests . Left stand to order drink for a least 20 mins and couldn’t order food . They took over the entire hotel and left guests uncomfortable. So much so the kids could not roam freely even to the bathroom . We left for our room early . The staff wouldn’t even accept their coupons from their party bags . It was a disaster never again
