「At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens...

「A refreshingly simple setup. The capsules are cool, quiet, and comfortable. The shower shampoo and body wash don’t have English instructions, which can be a bit confusing. It would also be nice to have a slightly wider living room area.」

「Newer hostel with 2 person room, ideal for 2 folks. Staff was attentive and courteous. Right next to train , busses, and subway. Only downfall was minimal restaurant options, easily revolved by hopping train. Side note ,most restaurants close by 10p, some earlier.」
