「Although our room was clean only one light worked as the bed lamps were burnt out. The front door was hard to close and lock. The security lock was frozen and didn’t work. We also had a back door which we had to come in to open the door on the parking lot side. That door closed easily but was hard to lock and the security latch didn’t work either. 「this was by far the worst experience I have had through Expedia. this place cannot be called a hotel. its a flop house. there are drugged out extended stay people. milling around, harassing the patrons and the place is roach infested. I rented three rooms, there were condoms on the floor, and in the bed of my sisters room. no towels were available in any room, no toilet paper, no waste basket, nothing at all. 1/2 of a shower curtain and just overall nasty, smelly, and very very unsafe. ...
