Cute and comfortable

Perfect place for our family to stay while attending an event at the Expo. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house was very thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need, beds were comfortable, house was clean. We’d definitely stay again!

Great house!

This house is a great place to stay. Our family of six stayed there with plenty of room. The house is updated and was very clean. The check in/out process was very simple. Would definitely stay there again.

Tulsa getaway

Breezy billards was a perfect Tulsa getaway. Close to everything and easy to access. Beautiful home with a little bit of everything for the family. Pet friendly which was also perfect! We would definitely stay here again when we come to Tulsa.

Great Experience!

The house is fantastic. The bedrooms and bathrooms (especially the primary bathroom) are spacious, plenty of comfortable beds to accommodate all of us, the kitchen is well equipped, the gmrm with pool table was a hit with everyone. Wonderful host, super communication.

Cozy home & great location!

Our family of 5 stayed here when we were traveling for an event at the expo center! Super convenient to get to and from, very comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the extra little things they had available for use in the home- toothbrushes, razors, kcups, you name it… it was there. We even left one of our night light behind and they shipped it right back to us!!! Easily to communicate with the owner- We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you :)

Weekend getaway

They have went above and beyond to make this house comfortable. For an older house, it's been remodeled very modern. And not cheaply cosmetic, it was done right. The neighborhood was quiet while we were there, but it is very close to neiborhoods that aren't as nice, and some of that flows into this neighborhood. The amenities they have there for you show they really care that your stay is good. They go above and beyond here as well, from new toothbrushes to a stocked coffee pot and assortment of coffee's and creamers. If I ever need another stay in Tulsa, this would definitely be my choice.

Tulsa Treasure at Breezy Billiards

Breezy Billiards is the perfect place to stay for a family and friend reunion. The entertainment area in the basement is perfect for kids and grownups alike. The upstairs gathering quarters also provide spacious room to have long missed in-person conversations of laughter and wit. The bedrooms, especially the master, are spectacular. The amenities are fantastic. The interior design and detail of the home are incredible. The home is located within a short driving distance of many shops and restaurants. Brownies is fabulous for delicious old school burgers, and for an incredible food and atmosphere, there is also Bar Serra nearby. Wonderful host who was very responsive. Clear directions for check in and out! Plenty of parking in the driveway. Defintely a place to stay!

Great home exactly as it appears online. Great air conditioning (whew), 10 minutes from attractions and excellent communication. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!!!

Great house, only issue we experienced was 1st night, it rained and flooded basement.Report issue and they sent someone right away and cleaned up the mess. They knew about flooding, they should have mentioned this when we rented the house to avoid people staying in basement 1st night
