Check-in was quick and effortless, the room itself was perfect, no issues whatsoever. Clean, large bathroom with excellent lighting. TV worked with the remote flawlessly. AC/Heat also worked perfectly as well. Hot breakfast was served daily and was very good. Overall, it was a 5 star stay at this particular Holiday Inn.

We thought the staff was very friendly and helpful- we especially want to recognize Darin who checked us in and then worked every evening for our entire stay. He was great! The breakfast was very good, we liked having our room on the main floor. The room was clean- everything about our stay was excellent!!

The heat didn’t work in my room. They moved me to a different room and the television didn’t work in that room. The staff went above and beyond in every way. The hot-food breakfast options were over processed junk. Styrofoam eggs, rubber pancakes, soybean sausage, etc.

We stayed for one night and were happy with everything from check in to check out. The room was large enough for 2 people, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including lotion and hand soap in a pump bottle right next to the sink. It’s the little things. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from including toast, fruit, bacon, omelets, and potatoes. I didn’t expect a gourmet breakfast, so this was perfect. The evening and morning staff were kind and friendly and we were very happy with our stay.

I really enjoyed the friendly staff. The room, the breakfast, the breakfast area, parking, all was really nice. I especially appreciated being upgraded from a double queen to a king room. I have been staying at this hotel several times. But this years stay was the best yet.

Best Hotel We Have Stayed At

The gentleman that checked us in was a pleasure to deal with I believe his name was Uey.. we will definitely stay there again.. rooms, breakfast, coffee, especially the bathroom amenities were excellent and the fact they offer complementary items such as tooth brush, toothpaste, shaving items available if you have forgotten to pack them.. we really hope all Holiday Inn Express have the same standards.. but the complete Staff members which includes Cleaning Help are Superb..
