Mold and mildew everywhere, room not stocked with coffee supplies, throw pillows for bed pillows, no working remote for television, no way to receive a wake up call, had to move to a different room because of mold in the bathroom, had to wait on the second room to be stocked with everything including towels, still no remote, no wake up call. I do not recommend this hotel for a doggy hotel.

Only available breakfast was biscuits and gravy. All other machines were "not working" both rooms smelled like stale water, bathtub was so messed up we literally waited til we got to our next destination to shower. We went down the street to use the RR. NEVER will we stay there again. I'd rather sleep at a rest stop in my vehicle

Light was out in the shower. TV screen was broken. Free breakfast ONLY had cereal and gravy and biscuits and oranges. Coffee was not available. No hot or cold water for breakfast. 1 cookie offered and we were the 1st ones at breakfast. The whole experience was awful!

I’m not sure if this is a franchise owned location, but it sure seems to be operated like one. Old bedding with holes in sheets and comforters, stained towels, one lightbulb in every multiple socket fixture and no cold water in the shower. The pool is covered as though it hasn’t been used in 30 years, and while I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised since this was the least expensive option, but it still doesn’t feel like I got my moneys worth.

The pool was “out of order.” We had two towels in our room (for four people). When we asked for two more and maybe for a hand towel, we were told that there were no other towels and were given two wash cloths. The security lock on the main door and the connecting door were both broken.
