Designed by architect Donald Horn, the neighborhood is currently seeking national historic registry status. In summer months, (June-August) cool off in the neighborhood 5300 Club pool, at no extra cost! The daily dues the HOA charges are absorbed by your host for all 6 guests.

The wall of mirrors greets you upon entering...an original element of the home we made sure to preserve! Natural light is abundant, as the living and dining room looks out to the oversized back yard. (Fully fenced in, and perfect for a dog). We will soon add vintage playground equipment!
Kick back to records from the eras, or enjoy one of our many retro books on local history. If you'd rather binge watch your favorite T.V. shows, stream away! Two of our bedrooms have T.V's in addition to the living room. We are continuously adding to our vintage game vault.
In the morning, we have you covered with a full coffee bar! Sip inside, or take to go. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking. Brand new yet retro style appliances give this room a fresh look, while offering period vibes.
Where to sleep during your stay? That depends if you like the 50s, 60s, or 70s more, as we designed a bedroom for each decade. Two Twin X beds are located in the 50's Palm Springs inspired room. The blue room is a celebration of the 60's with a king bed, and the orange room, (also with a king bed) revels in the 70s with mushroom lamps.
Laundry is available during your stay as well.
GUEST ACCESS:
The entire space is yours to enjoy! The entire house is yours to enjoy! An access code will be provided the day before check in.

- Up to two potty trained dogs are allowed for $75 per stay. Upon booking, please refer to our pet rules in the rule section of this listing and message us that you've read the policies for dogs.
