The blinds were closed but the ambiance was perfect and it didn’t matter, the decore is what’s to look at. ,The lobby bartender was lovely, the doorman and staff overall perfect 10. I didn’t make it to the gym this trip but already rebooked for another great experience. 」

I picked this hotel over others because it said it has a sauna, but not until I checked in was I informed the spa isn’t open every day, it’s an additional fee to use the sauna, and it’s in the basement of a separate building that’s occupied by multiple businesses. On the opposite side of the hotel is the pool, which is so small it looks like it has the surface area of 4-5 kiddy pools, not joking. The gym is cramped, and...

「The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.」
